I was raised in New England, where my father worked for IBM for more than 35 years. He often told me that IBM’s commitment to customer service and innovation was what made the company great.
I never forgot that lesson.
Throughout my business career, I have worked in hospitality, sales distribution, and golf organizations across the United States. The most successful companies all shared one thing in common: they made service, solutions, and customer relationships their highest priority.
I was proud to help them do exactly with that.
Then, in 2002, after organizing my company’s annual corporate golf tournament, I discovered a significant gap in the industry. There were only a handful of tournament organizers, most operating locally and offering limited services.
Golf tournaments needed more than that.
Six months later, I founded US Tournament Golf (USTG). (And yes, I have always loved the USA and the red, white, and blue.) What started as a vision quickly grew into a company dedicated to helping organizations create successful golf events from coast to coast.
